Im disern2learn I began my journey with christ around 2 years ago after being saved in my bedroom ill give my testimony later.
I joined my local church last February and was baptised in October I was baptised in my local river it was amazing I requested to go in the river.
Iv had some many experiences in this time I read scripture everyday.
Iv read the whole new testament and parts of the old testament.
Im here for fellowship, knowledge and understanding.

Welcome to Biblical Truth Forum, discern2learn. Glad you’re here. Praise God for His saving work in your life. Scripture is clear that salvation is the Lord’s work from beginning to end, “By grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God” ~Ephesians 2:8. What happened in that bedroom matters because God met you there.

It is also encouraging to hear your hunger for the Word. Reading Scripture daily is not optional for a growing believer. “As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby” ~1 Peter 2:2. Growth follows truth, not experiences.

Fellowship rooted in Scripture is exactly what this forum exists for. “Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth” ~John 17:17. Here, the Bible is the final authority. We test everything by Scripture, keep Christ central, and aim to sharpen one another in truth.

Share your testimony when you’re ready. Ask questions. Engage the Word. And keep your confidence where Scripture puts it, in Christ alone. Glad to have you with us.

My life has completely changed because of jesus ,nothing can take jesus away from me now .
My discernment has gone thru the roof since being saved, not hard to see the evil one in the world but it stands out alot more for me now.
Iv been helping out at church more iv even started doing reading and was in a small film with the church.
All out of character for me,new heart and new mind.
THANKYOU JESUS .
The bible blows my mind verses jumping at me its amazing one verse what really got to me is
Romans 5 3-5
3Not only that, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; 4perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out His love into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, whom He has given us.

Iv been going thru a rough patch at the moment but iv stood firm with the lord.

God doesn’t walk into your life and move the couch around. He replaces the foundation. What you think is you changing your ways, is God changing your heart. “If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature” ~2 Corinthians 5:17. That newfound wisdom, that appetite for the Word, that empowerment in trials; that is the Spirit of God at work in you. The storm doesn’t stop, but you finally have an anchor. Stand strong. Keep trusting, God won’t abandon what He started in you ~Philippians 1:6. All glory to Jesus Christ.
