Welcome to Biblical Truth Forum
This forum exists for one purpose: to discuss and uphold the truth of God’s Word.

By participating here, you are agreeing to follow these rules and submit to the authority of Scripture. This is not a platform for promoting personal opinions, traditions, or teachings that contradict what the Bible plainly says.

All members are expected to engage in honest, respectful discussion grounded in Scripture. Disagreement is allowed. Twisting Scripture, promoting false doctrine, or ignoring correction from the Word is not.

These rules are enforced. Content may be edited or removed, and accounts may be moderated or restricted if these standards are not followed.

In a world full of religious confusion and man-made traditions, this forum exists to bring everything back to the Bible. Here, Scripture is the final authority — not denominational creeds, not church traditions, and not human opinions.

Our Purpose

To promote Sola Scriptura — Scripture alone as the rule for faith and life
To equip believers to rightly divide the Word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15)
To expose false doctrines and test all things by Scripture (1 John 4:1)
To encourage fellowship centered on truth, not tradition
To provide a place where seekers and believers can ask honest questions, find biblical answers, and grow in faith

Biblical Truth Forum Rules

These rules exist to protect the integrity of God’s Word and keep every discussion grounded in Scripture alone. We expect all members to conduct themselves in a manner worthy of the Lord (Colossians 1:10). This is not a social club; it is a place for serious discussion about the truth of God's Word.

1. Scripture Alone Is the Final Authority

All teaching, doctrine, correction, and discussion must be grounded in the written Word of God.

No authority is given to:

tradition
rabbinic teachings
Jewish mysticism
church history
denominational systems
commentaries
mystical interpretations
numerology or letter symbolism
private revelations

“Do not go beyond what is written.” ~1 Corinthians 4:6
“All Scripture is God breathed.” ~2 Timothy 3:16

All teaching and correction must be shown directly from the text and supported by other passages. Posts that redirect readers away from what is written into interpretive systems, frameworks, scholars, or methods that control the meaning of the passage are not permitted. Explanations must clarify the text, not replace it.

2. Interpret Scripture With Scripture

Every verse must be handled in context and in harmony with the whole counsel of God.

No cherry picking.
No twisting passages.
No spiritualizing stories the Bible does not spiritualize.

3. No False Gospel and No False Doctrine

Any teaching that contradicts the biblical gospel is not permitted.

This includes:

salvation by works
salvation through sacraments
righteousness through rituals
new revelation that alters Scripture
hidden codes
gematria / numerology
Hebrew letter meanings
visions that interpret or override Scripture
allegories not found in the Bible

If the Bible does not teach it, we do not promote it.

“We are justified by faith apart from works of the law” ~Romans 3:28.

Clarification on Roman Catholicism
The promotion or defense of Roman Catholic doctrine is not permitted on this forum. Roman Catholicism adds tradition and church authority to Scripture and teaches sacramental systems that contradict the biblical gospel. Biblical Truth Forum stands on Scripture alone.

4. Christ Centered and Gospel Rooted

All teaching must point to Christ as revealed in Scripture ~John 5:39.
Not to culture, mystical experience, creativity, or human systems.

5. Speak the Truth in Love — But Speak the Truth

Tone matters, but truth matters more.

No watering down Scripture
No compromising to avoid offense
No arrogance or pride

“Let your speech always be with grace” ~Colossians 4:6.
“Speaking the truth in love” ~Ephesians 4:15.

6. No Trolling, Baiting, or Deception

We welcome sincere questions and honest debate, but we do not allow:

mockery
manipulative arguments
agenda-driven attacks
derailments
endless arguing

All discussion must be sincere and grounded in Scripture.

7. Stay on Topic and Post in the Right Section

Off-topic posts may be moved or removed.
We do this for clarity and order.

“God is not the author of confusion” ~1 Corinthians 14:33.

8. No Promotion of False Teachers

Content from individuals or movements known for unbiblical doctrine may be removed.
Everything must be tested by Scripture ~1 John 4:1.

This includes:

Word of Faith
Catholicism
Islam
Judaism (rejecting Christ as Messiah)
Hinduism
Buddhism
Mormonism (LDS)
Jehovah’s Witnesses
New Age spirituality
Scientology
Seventh-day Adventism
New Apostolic Reformation
Gnostic-style revelation
mystical visions
prophecy that contradicts Scripture

9. No Self-Promotion, Ads, or Fundraising

You may not promote:

your website
your YouTube channel
your ministry
your books or merchandise

…unless it directly contributes to a biblical discussion and receives moderator approval.

“We are not, like so many, peddlers of God’s word” ~2 Corinthians 2:17.

10. Scripture-Based Correction Only

If someone is in error, correction must come from Scripture, not opinion.

We do not allow:

personal attacks
labels
emotional arguments
speculation

“For the Word of God is living and powerful” ~Hebrews 4:12.

11. Respect the Moderators

Moderators guard the doctrine, maintain order, and protect the forum from deception.

Disrespect toward staff or refusal to follow directions may result in warnings or removal.

“Shepherd the flock of God” ~1 Peter 5:2.

12. Moderators Have Final Say

Moderators may edit or remove any post that violates:

Scripture
these rules
peace and unity
the integrity of the forum

All moderation exists to uphold biblical truth.
