You don’t have to look far to see that the world has lost its mind. Right has become wrong, and wrong has become right. Folks are celebrating what God condemns and condemning what God celebrates. Human beings have now achieved a condition where they experience both confusion and deception. The situation becomes even more frightening because numerous people remain unaware of their situation.

The Bible predicted this event. Paul said in 2 Thessalonians 2:3–4 that before Jesus returns, a great rebellion would rise up and the man of lawlessness would take center stage. The lawless act begins its operation before the man appears. The system which trains people to follow false information instead of facts has already started its operation. Through its practice of giving applause to sin while disregarding holiness the world shows this phenomenon. Religious organizations display their transformation through their decision to swap biblical instructions with motivational guidance and their use of emotional comfort instead of spiritual assurance.

God allows people to experience the results of their refusal to accept His truth after they repeatedly reject it. Paul said that God sends them a strong delusion so that they may believe what is false (2 Thessalonians 2:11). The lie becomes your personal truth whenever you discover it more attractive than the actual truth. A person who consumes poison daily while labeling it dessert has become completely insensitive to spiritual matters because sin has destroyed their ability to feel anything.

That’s where we are. The god of this world has blinded the minds of unbelievers (2 Corinthians 4:4). People now move through life with spiritual cataracts which prevent them from perceiving true light while they only notice darkness. The situation becomes more severe because numerous religious individuals do not practice moral conduct in their daily activities. They accept Jesus as their Savior but reject His authority as Lord. They shout “Grace!”while dancing in rebellion.

Paul gave us a warning together with an encouragement. He said, “God chose you as the firstfruits to be saved through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth” (2 Thessalonians 2:13). God's people need to maintain their faith because the world has lost its relationship with truth. We remain peaceful during deception because we continue to learn about the Word.

To maintain faith in a world of deception you should avoid constructing your beliefs from news headlines and social media trends and TikTok religious content. You need to be anchored in the unchanging Word of God. That’s why Paul said, “Stand firm and hold to the traditions that you were taught by us” (2 Thessalonians 2:15). The truth of Scripture stands above all human traditions.

The situation requires immediate action so you should focus on grabbing the anchor instead of debating sail colors during a storm at sea. The Word of God functions as our spiritual foundation. People of God must remain steadfast on the unshakable Rock when lies spread and truth becomes distorted and when society confuses right with wrong (Isaiah 5:20).

So don’t get shaken. Don’t get seduced. The same Jesus who will destroy the man of lawlessness with the breath of His mouth is the same One who lives in you. The truth remains unshaken by every assault which attempts to destroy it.

Hold on to the Word. Walk in the light. The Shepherd continues to call His sheep by name even though deception fills the airwaves (John 10:27).

Good morning, David;

You wrote an excellent thread that warns us through Christ and what we are to do about it.

We believe it starts with our
disposition created by God and the One who designed each of us for His purpose.

Being that salt and light to others is a good start for each day, helping to guide people and introducing them to Jesus.

We have the opportunity to follow and rely on Him through the ways of the world and is always with us to feel the joy knowing He is present in us.

God bless
you, David. We enjoyed reading

Amen reminds me of a older song "The wrecking ball of confusion" .Women tampons in little boys bathrooms .People moving out, people moving in Why, because of the color of their skin
Run, run, run but you sure can't hide

Ball of Confusion (That’s What the World Is Today)Song by The Temptations ‧ 1970

Adults' that had no childhood sexualizing little ones. teaching the real pros the little children's pure imagination how to imagine and what to imagine for. Teaching illegal behavior is un registered good behavior . Up is down and down is up

Every thing needed to support the foundation of Paganism re- incarnation keep shift changing in order .to you fulfil your fantasies ' Like puppies wait till you bark

As if the ressurection the last day under the Sun has come and we have our new changeable bodies. a work in process .. wish upon a star or two or three

The three day and night demonstration of the ressurection on the last day under the sun was not the required ressurection. It will leave like a thief in the night on the last day The ball of confusion , some of the believers followed the confused lefties that are loosing it .

Christ called them back to repent and continue to walk by faith after the unseen eternal things of Christ our Holy Father the final ressurection on the way

2 Timothy 2:17-19And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus;;Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some.Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

The problem you describe is a picture of a world gone horribly confused and upside down. However, some of the statements in your post do not fit with Scripture. God has clearly told us that the world would get darker and more deceptive in sin and unbelief ~2 Timothy 3:1–5. Believers are to stand firm in the truth ~Ephesians 6:13. We need to remain grounded in what the Bible actually says and not be carried away on currents of speculation that Scripture never teaches.

The Bible does not teach reincarnation, shifting bodies, or any idea that we already have “new changeable bodies.” Scripture is very clear that our resurrection bodies come only at the return of Christ, not before. “We shall all be changed… at the last trumpet” ~1 Corinthians 15:51–52. Until then, we “groan” in our mortal bodies while waiting for the redemption to come ~Romans 8:23. Nothing in Scripture says believers have that body now.

Your statement that the three-day resurrection of Jesus “was not the required resurrection” is not biblical. Scripture says the exact opposite. The resurrection of Jesus is the center of the gospel, fully sufficient, fully required, and the foundation of our hope. “He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures” ~1 Corinthians 15:4. Without Christ’s resurrection, there is no salvation ~1 Corinthians 15:17. The Bible never points us to another resurrection beyond His as the saving one.

You quoted 2 Timothy 2 for the right purpose, because Paul warns about teachers who claimed “the resurrection is past already.” That false message destroyed the faith of some, and Paul condemned it. But Paul’s message is very clear: the true resurrection has not happened yet, and believers are to remain faithful to Christ while we wait for the final resurrection at His return ~1 Thessalonians 4:16.

So yes, the world is confused, but we do not fight confusion with speculation or ideas the Bible does not teach. We stay grounded in the Word, live by the truth, and keep our eyes on Christ. “The foundation of God stands sure” ~2 Timothy 2:19, and He calls everyone who names the name of Christ to turn from sin and walk in the light of His truth.

Thanks I would agree we are to stand firm according to sola scriptura .Remembering without parables the signified prophecy Christ the anointing Holy Spirit spoke not. Hiding the spiritual understanding from the god of this world. Not subject to the gospel the unseen eternal understanding

it was not my idea that sons of God we are what we will be when we receive the promise of new incorruptible body as the one bride of Christ . No tools for re producing

1 John 3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

Why is it so clear to some that everything is back to front, upside down, completely false, and that God is being taken out of the equation. It is so obvious to some ...
The above indicates that this world is run by evil, because evil makes no sense, is back to front, and COMPLETELY anti-Christ.
Could it be that the enemy has been stealthily hard at work for generations?
Thank The Lord, that many of us have not been taken in.

First Epistle of John, chapter 3, verse 2, within the King James Version of the Bible: "Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is". This is echoed in many versions of the bible, affirming that believers will be like Christ when He appears and will see Him as He truly is. A foundational promise of future glorification and transformation upon Christ's return.

God is not a dying Jewish man .Satan's lie that Christ is a dying Jewish man .Mathew 16:22-23

We can see Christ our invisible God by faith (believing his word) not to be confused with the Son of man, Jesus who like us dying mankind was subject to do the good will of the Faithful Creator our Holy Father

Face to face in revealed knowledge of Christ the Holy Father Only when we receive our new bodies will we see him who is invisible. Dying flesh is taken away.

2 Corinthians 4:6 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 13:12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

Exodus 33:11 And the Lord spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend. And he turned again into the camp: but his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, departed not out of the tabernacle.

Face to face--- the same as faith (the unseen things of Christ) to the same powerful "Let there be" faith of Christ

Romans 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.(the unseen eternal things of Christ

Thanks for quoting 1 John 3. That very passage proves the point I made. We are His children now, but it also states clearly “it doth not yet appear what we shall be.” In other words, we do not yet have our glorified, incorruptible bodies. That is for the future, not the present.

The verse itself sets a clear demarcation line. We are God’s children now, but we will be like Him when He appears. Scripture puts our new body nowhere before Christ returns. The change will take place “at His appearing” and “at the last trumpet” ~1 Corinthians 15:51–52. Until that day, we wait. We do not have that body now.

You mentioned parables and veiled understanding, but Scripture is not veiling the issue of resurrection. God spoke this plainly. Paul cautioned about some who distorted this teaching by saying resurrection was already realized or spiritually redefined. It was a false and damaging message ~2 Timothy 2:18.

We cannot make a clear teaching into a symbolic one just because the world misunderstands. The resurrection of Jesus was literal. The resurrection of believers is also literal. It will take place at the return of Christ, not before. That is what the Word of God says.

We both agree we stand on Sola Scriptura. That means we let the Bible correct us wherever our ideas begin to wander. God gave us the verses so we are not tossed about by spiritual-sounding claims. We trust what He has spoken, and we wait for the day when Christ appears and we will be like Him. Until that day, we walk by faith, not by sight ~2 Corinthians 5:7.

I understand what you’re saying, but we need to stay grounded in Scripture. The Bible never tells us to explain the world by imagining secret generations of hidden activity. It does tell us that the whole world lies in the power of the evil one ~1 John 5: 19 and that unbelievers are blinded to the truth by the god of this world ~2 Corinthians 4:4. That alone accounts for why so much of what is going on today looks upside down and I sure agree it does look that way.

In fact, Scripture already told us society would get much darker in sin, deception, and rebellion as time passed ~2 Timothy 3:1–5. It is not a surprise to the Lord. The enemy is real, but he is not working in darkness. His methods are clearly disclosed in Scripture. He lies, blinds, twists, tempts, and deceives ~John 8:44. That is how he keeps people in captivity.

The reason some see the confusion and others do not is not intelligence. It is spiritual condition. Jesus said only those who follow Him walk in the light ~John 8:12. Paul said the natural person does not receive the things of the Spirit of God ~1 Corinthians 2:14. Without Christ, people are blinded to the truth.

Yes, the world is in chaos and moving in the wrong direction, but we do not explain it with speculation. We explain it with Scripture. The answer is always the same. People need the gospel, they need repentance, and they need the truth of God’s Word. That is where clarity is found.

If we stay grounded in the Bible, we will not be shaken by the world doing what it is doing. “The Lord knows those who are His” ~2 Timothy 2:19.

Mr. GLee, I will be direct here, because what you are saying does not line up with Scripture. The Bible does not separate Jesus from God the way you are describing. Scripture teaches the exact opposite. “The Word was God… and the Word was made flesh” ~John 1:1,14. Jesus is not “a dying Jewish man.” He is God in the flesh who took on a real human body in order to die for our sins ~Philippians 2:6–8. To deny that truth is to deny the incarnation.

There is no division in the Bible between “Christ our invisible God” and “the Son of Man Jesus.” Jesus used both titles for Himself. He did not present Himself as two different beings. He said plainly, “I and the Father are one” ~John 10:30 and “He that hath seen Me hath seen the Father” ~John 14:9. Your distinction is something Scripture never teaches.

You also mentioned “face to face” as if it means seeing God’s essence after we get new bodies. But Scripture explains that “face to face” means full and unhindered understanding. Paul said we see dimly now but will know clearly then ~1 Corinthians 13:12. It is about clarity, not God having a literal visible face. God is Spirit ~John 4:24. No man has seen God at any time ~John 1:18. Exodus 33:11 is a figure of speech describing Moses’ unique closeness, not a doctrine that contradicts the rest of Scripture.

The resurrection issue is simple. We do not have our glorified bodies now. We will receive them “at His appearing” and “at the last trumpet” ~1 Corinthians 15:51–52. Scripture is clear and we must stay with what it says, not reinterpret it through mystical language or ideas the Bible never affirms.

We both say we stand on Sola Scriptura. That means we let Scripture correct us wherever our ideas start to drift. The Bible reveals Jesus as fully God and fully man in one Person. It reveals the resurrection as future. And it warns us not to move beyond what is written ~1 Corinthians 4:6. We need to stay with the Bible itself.

The Bible is not on trial. Man is. Jesus said, “the scripture cannot be broken” ~John 10:35. God’s Word does not bow before modern skepticism. It exposes the heart and stands forever. The question is not whether Scripture will stand. It will. The question is whether we will stand with it.
When God warns you, don’t brush it off. Answer Him while you still can, because a hardened heart doesn’t stay neutral, it moves toward judgment. Scripture is clear: “Today if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts” ~Hebrews 3:15, and again, “He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy” ~Proverbs 29:1.
We must be careful not to cater to people's carnal desires, but rather point them to God.
